Is there a warranty on your dryer repairs?
Yes, we include a 90-day warranty on parts and labor for every repair. If something related to the work we did stops working during that time, just let us know and we'll make it right.
Will you have the parts with you for the repair?
We bring parts based on what we think the issue might be from your description. That covers most common dryer problems. If your machine needs something we don't have on hand, we'll explain what's needed and how long it will take to get it.
Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?
Yes, no problem. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we need at least 24 hours notice. That way we can offer the spot to someone else and make sure things stay on track for everyone.
